French Lavender Essential oil is is steam distilled from the flowers and leaves of Lavandula angustifolia. French Lavender has a fresh and sweet scent. It is most famous for its soothing and relaxing properties when used in aromatherapy sessions or allowed to diffuse into the room. Combined with a carrier oil French Lavender makes a wonderfully relaxing massage oil.

French Lavender essential oil has a number of different uses. Add a few drops of French Lavender essential oil to a diffuser as part of a bedtime routine, to fill the air with a relaxing and settling aroma. French Lavender essential oil can also be added to your skincare routine to refresh and rejuvenate the skin. Add a few drops of French Lavender to a moisturiser or combine with a carrier oil to create a massage oil. Two or three drops of French Lavender can also be added to your bath water to help create a truly relaxing experience.
