Delivery Information

When you place an order via Essican Purelife’s website before 1pm on Monday – Friday we will dispatch your products on the same day if they are in stock (subject to any issues beyond our control such as courier availability, internet or power outages). Standard orders are sent FREE of charge via Royal Mail 48hr service and usually arrive within 2-5 working days, if your order fails to arrive after 7 working days please contact us. You can choose a Premium fast track courier service at checkout for a faster delivery. Orders sent to Europe are delivered via UK Royal Mail and should arrive between 5 – 14 working days from date of dispatch.

If you have any problems with your delivery such as it not arriving when expected, or damaged goods, please email us with your order number in the subject line and we will sort it out for you promptly, sending replacement goods where appropriate.
