You may return unopened products for replacement or refund within 14 days of order confirmation. We regret that we cannot accept products that have been opened for refund or replacement unless the bottle or container was broken during delivery.
Please see our Terms and Conditions page for full details of how to return or exchange products or report damaged items and get them replaced. Should your product arrive damaged please retain it with the packaging. We may request a photograph so we can follow up the issue with the delivery service and ask you to complete the returns form so we can clearly identify your order .
