Terms and Conditions – Essican Purelife

Special Offers

From time to time Essican Purelife makes special offers available to its customers. In the case of high demand we reserve the right to end such offers early. If a promotion code or coupon is deleted from the website or social media the offer is deemed to have ended irrespective of closure dates stated on web banners or social posts. All coupons already applied at checkout will be honoured if applied immediately prior to payment.

Shipping and Handling

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 48hrs service on the first working day that we receive your order up until 1pm. Orders received after 1pm may be processed the following day. When your order is dispatched an email is sent to you to notify you of this. Orders usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. If you do not receive your order after 3 working days, please send us an email with your order number in the subject line so we can trace your order and sort out the problem.

Recorded Delivery of orders can be organised by request. Please email us to place your order manually if you would like to have your order sent by Recorded delivery.

Dispatch Schedule

We aim to send out all orders received by 1pm, Monday to Friday on the day the order is placed, subject to items being in stock. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday – Sunday and on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please make sure all of the address details you supply are correct and complete including your postcode. If you receive a card to say that Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.

Europe/International Delivery Options

European orders are dispatched via UK Royal Mail on the same working day as they are received and should arrive 3-7 working days from date of order

Lost or Undeliverable Orders

If your order is lost during delivery we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items that are considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately. We may ask you to send us photographic proof of the damage to the product.

If your order is returned to us because of insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise un-deliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a re-delivery cost equivalent to the cost of re-delivery plus a 20% administration fee. Please make sure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid re-delivery costs.

If you do not receive your order within the times stated for your location and selected delivery options, please contact us. We will investigate what has gone wrong and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Essican Purelife makes our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery by third party delivery companies.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive email or telephone confirmation that your order has been dispatched.


Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals in tact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.

We guarantee a minimum of 6 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched.

Payment Security

We accept payment by debit and credit cards.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Some UK banks may ask you to authorise your card transaction. Because the store sells Fragrance oil which is only available for purchase by over 18s, the presence of an over 18 notification can sometimes automatically generate an authorisation request for any product.Please validate the authorisation or use a different card.

You may also call the office on 01304 273111 to arrange a bank transfer payment or manual card payment should you have any difficulties online or prefer these methods.
